Ironmaya Bath Services Membership Agreement

Monthly Membership Fee: $9.99 | Discount Rate: 15% Per Bath Visit

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the subscribing customer (“Member”) and the specific Ironmaya Pet Grooming location at which the Member has enrolled (“Store”), and is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Membership

1.1 Service Coverage

This membership exclusively covers bath services (also known as “Bath & Brush” or “Wash Services”). It does not include full grooming services, which are defined as any service that includes a haircut or any form of clipping on the pet’s body.

1.2 Eligible Add-On Services

The following add-on services are eligible for the 15% membership discount when performed with a bath visit:

• Eye trim

• Paws trim

• Tail trim

• Ears trim

• Teeth brushing

• Flea bath

• Nose & paws moisturizing

No other services are eligible for the membership discount. Haircuts, trims involving the body, or standalone services without a bath are strictly excluded from coverage.

2. Discount Benefits

2.1 Member Discount

Each active membership entitles the Member to a 15% discount on eligible bath services rendered at the designated Store.

2.2 Usage Limit

This membership grants up to four (4) discounted bath service visits per 30-day billing cycle, starting from the date the monthly subscription payment is processed.

2.3 Discount Period

The four-service limit resets every 30 calendar days from the date of successful membership payment. Any unused discounts do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

2.4 Exclusion for Grooming

If any visit includes a full grooming service, haircut, or body trimming, the visit will not qualify for the 15% membership discount.

3. Appointment Guarantee

3.1 48-Hour Service Guarantee

Ironmaya guarantees that active Members will be offered an available bath appointment within 48 hours of request, excluding Sundays and observed holidays.

3.2 Location Restriction

The 48-hour appointment guarantee applies only to the specific Ironmaya location where the Member registered. While Members may request appointments at other Ironmaya locations, the guarantee is not valid across stores.

4. Membership Term and Cancellation

4.1 Subscription Terms

Memberships operate on a monthly auto-renewing basis and will be billed automatically at $9.99 per month.

4.2 No Cancellations or Refunds

Once a payment is successfully processed, the membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable for that billing cycle. Neither the Member nor the Store may cancel or refund the subscription once payment has been made.

4.3 Memberships operate on a monthly auto-renewing basis and will be billed automatically at $9.99 per month without any advance reminder or notice. To cancel your membership for the next billing cycle, you must contact the Ironmaya store where you subscribed via text message. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle.

5. Store Rights and Discretion

5.1 Right to Refuse

Ironmaya reserves the right to deny, suspend, or permanently reject a customer’s ability to subscribe to this membership program at its sole discretion. This may include—but is not limited to—cases of policy abuse, inappropriate behavior, or operational limitations.

6. Abuse Prevention and Limitations

6.1 Non-Transferability

Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled pet(s). Members may not share or apply benefits to other customers or animals.

6.2 One Membership per Pet

Each membership is valid for one pet only. A separate membership is required for each additional pet.

6.3 Late Arrival / No-Show Policy

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may count against the monthly usage limit.

6.4 Abuse or Excessive Use

Any attempt to misuse the program—including requesting full grooming under bath-only coverage—may result in termination of membership without refund.

6.5 Right to Modify Terms

Ironmaya may modify pricing, terms, or discount structure at any time with a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

6.6 No Backdating or Prorating

Memberships begin on the payment date and are valid for 30 days. No prorating or backdating will be allowed.

6.7 Promotional Offers

All terms apply to promotional or trial plans. Plan changes require new enrollment.

7. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to this membership, the Member confirms and agrees that:

- They have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.

- They accept that this membership is only valid for bath services.

- They accept that the 4-discount limit resets every 30 days from the payment date and does not carry over.

- They waive any right to cancel or refund once payment has been processed.​
